Looking for a housemate to sign a year lease for a spacious private room in a beautiful Victorian home!
Lease Dates: June 1, 2025 – June 1, 2026
The house is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom with lots of character and charm. The available room is extremely spacious, filled with natural light, and has a generous closet. It comes fully furnished with a queen bed, bed frame, bedside table, desk, and chair (if you'd like them).
Utilities and Wi-Fi are shared between the three housemates.
You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful, and easygoing housemates:
A 27-year-old woman who works as a sustainability coordinator and part-time doula. She loves gardening, baking, and exploring local nature spots.
A 28-year-old guy with a background in music who’s also a huge food enthusiast.
There is also a cat who lives here.
The house vibe is warm, inviting, and laid-back—perfect for someone looking for a peaceful, yet social environment. The backyard is a highlight, with plenty of space for relaxation, gardening, or hosting gatherings. I’ve enjoyed many nights grilling with friends or having a cozy fire in the fire pit back there.
The location is fantastic—just blocks from BART, Temescal, and Piedmont Ave, so you’ll have access to great shops, restaurants, and coffee spots.
