We'd be sharing an absolutely gorgeous house in an impossibly lovely garden full of fruit trees. The house is kind of a Crafsman-cabin with wood and tile floors. The kitchen is first rate, as is the bathroom, which has a full bath and shower.
I'm a semi-well known writer/editor in my fifties. I spend most of my time on my laptop in my room. I am very respectful of your personal space and your desire for quiet or solitude.
I like to think i have fabulous and interesting furniture, which would be yours to enjoy.
This is a really wonderful place. The neighborhood is great. The room for rent isn't huge but has a big closet and good storage, and looks right into part of the garden. There's also an outdoor hot tub.
