Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2-level town home is well appointed and provides the perfect floor plan for the urban dweller. Completed in 2015, the home is set back from the street and features a large private garage, mature front landscaping and a secluded walkway through a secret garden like living archway to the front door. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one en suite, an open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, whiteboard cabinet faces and bright and sunny living space that feels like a jungle. Downstairs there is another bedroom suite, with direct access to the rear yard, which can also be accessed by the Front entrance. We are blessed with East and South facing windows which flood the unit in light, dawn and dusk imparting unique characters. With MacArthur BART, Safeway, Target and more in walking distance as well as it's location at the intersection of all major area freeways, the house. Is an incredibly convenient place to live!

Offered are the two upstairs bedrooms
Both have LED recessed lighting, double pane windows and composite wood floors along with the rest of the house, as well as large closets with sliding mirror doors. Our home also has an entry intercom, remote vehicle gate, Nest thermostat and a mesh wifi powered by Sonic Fiber!

Room 1 is slightly larger, has a private bath with tub, a second closet and a window looking into the forested backyard. Comfortably fits a queen size bed, average desk and dresser, with room to walk around easily the extra storage space is great $1280

Utilities avg $100 to $150 p month but some services are paid for every other month. High speed fiber internet and mesh wifi.

Agreement is month to month but we have been here for going on 3 years. Move out requires a 30 day notice.

You have to pass a credit and background check through our management company to be approved which also requires proof of income.

Roommate:
J manages operations and facilities for a local ecology and workforce development non-profit. Healthy sustainability conscious lifestyles and social, racial and environmental justice are at the core of his ethos. Works 4 days a week, sometimes into the later evening. Often home resting, working on personal projects or gardening on off days and goes on the sporadic adventure or a dance party here and there. Longtime burner, art and music lover, plant nerd and will geek out on science and the metaphysical with you. He likes to keep a tidy household but maintains a welcoming, judgement free vibe.
