I am renting a bedroom in my three-bedroom two-bathroom East Oakland home. Located near Coliseum BART in the Lockwood-Tevis neighborhood, the unfurnished room will be available for move-in on June 1st.
Room size is approximately 11x10 and comes unfurnished. Twelve-month agreement, $900 deposit, $900 per month due on first of each month. Utilities included: WIFI, trash. Shared utilities includes: gas/electric, water.
The remodeled bedroom includes new flooring, solid doors, dimmable-recessed lighting, window blinds, and a closet for storage and hanging clothes. Room has a cable outlet and multiple power outlets.
The room shares a bathroom with one housemate, a gentleman whom rents another private room. The remodeled bathroom includes a tub and shower combo.
Laundry room is located inside the home and includes a large front loading washer and dryer combo. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and large gas stove for those whom love to cook. Home has a gas furnace for heating.
Off-street parking open to negotiation. Sorry, no pets allowed. Tobacco free home.
