Hi! I'm currently looking for someone to take over my part of the lease until August. Currently there is a couple who also live in the unit. Looking for someone who's outgoing but quiet for most days out of the week.

The building is a fairly new complex built within the last few years, very modern. Very close proximity to tons of eateries, easy access to SF Bay Bridge (12 minute drive), minutes away from main freeways (580, 880, 24, 980 and 80), grocery stores nearby such as KP Market, Target, Whole Foods, Grocery Outlet, Trader Joes, Pak' N Save/Safeway, Lucky's, Sprouts Market. Closest BART station is 0.6 miles away. Bus stop right across the street.

Note that the current housemate does have a cat, she is super sweet. This couple is nice and kind but are mostly quiet and like spending time in the bedroom for most of the days playing games on their PC's.
