Private Master Bedroom for Rent!

Hello!
I have a master bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Hayward near Chabot College. My best friend and I are moving out because we want to get our own place and we are going to be leaving behind this beautiful bedroom and we need someone to take our place. I am looking for 1-3 people to take over this room (it is VERY big, it can easily fit 2 queen sized beds) Our current roommate is a Tongan girl in her mid 20s who works full time and is very laid back and chill. My roommate does not feel comfortable living with a bunch of random guys so at least ONE person who is moving in must be a girl (if 2-3 people are moving in) and if only ONE person is moving in then it must be a girl. I have 2 other roommates but they are only living here temporarily until they find their own place (they are very actively looking for a place). These 2 roommates are a fun and respectful Tongan couple. Everyone in the house gets along like family but if you are the shy type or keep to yourself, everyone will respect that. If you want to move in, you must be neat/clean, respectful, and drama free. Rent will be $1412 plus utilities. This apartment and its occupants are 4/20 friendly. Pets are welcome (must be well behaved) but please be aware that the apartment complex will charge extra for pets. The room is available to move in ASAP and rent will be pro rated depending on the date you move in. Your name will be put on the lease so DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LEASE (if you are not able to put your own name on the lease, it is okay to have a cosigner).
