Hello! We are looking for a new roommate to join our cozy and well-maintained condominium. Here is a little bit about us so you can get a feel for the vibe:
We are a very much in love married couple in our mid to late thirties who are quiet, very respectful, keep to ourselves but are never opposed to socializing and cooking/sharing the occasional meal together. He works in the transportation industry and she works as a nanny in the childcare industry. We rarely have guests over, but when we do it would typically be on weekends. In our free time we love going to the movies, seeing our families and friends and relaxing in our peaceful home.
As for our schedules, he works from home and starts early in the morning (6am) and she works generally anywhere from 7am to 5pm, both of us are on a Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off.
Our ideal roommate is someone who is employed full time or a student, would keep common areas clean, be considerate and respectful and maintain a peaceful and comfortable home. We like to keep things very simple and sustain a “clean as you go” mindset. We left our party lifestyle back in our 20’s and hope for someone with the same mindset.
