Current residents are a dancer (she/her) and a fashion designer (they/them). Both are active individuals on their hustle and building their own businesses as well as working as instructors and non-profit activists.

One dog, one cat on premises. Pet ok upon approval and that they get along with the other pets.

420-friendly but outside only. Nice porch, cute yard. Welcome creatives, queers and persons of color.

As Covid is still an issue, we practice safe interaction with the world and communicate regularly about exposure risks. Kind of weird to get used to but this is the world at the current moment. No parties, no random visitors. We (including current housemate who is moving) give each other a heads up if one of us wants to have a guest over, and keep it to folks in our friend circles.

Two references required (most recent landlords) and proof of employment.
Utilities run from $60 to $150,/month, depending on time of year.
