Welcome to National Treasure! I bought this amazing 3 bedroom house during the pandemic and would love to share it with someone fun, creative, and interesting. Could that be you? I am a 39 year old female working in tech and I have an 8 year old cat. Most nights and weekends I spend cooking, working out, or hanging out with friends. I love a social home and would be happy to welcome you and your guests. I am a social butterfly and lean pretty extroverted. I also work from home most of the time and I love to have background music playing regularly. I am really stoked about the prospect to bring in a fun new roommate!

As far as rules, I like to respect the need to sleep so I generally opt for quiet time around 11pm - 6am with agreed upon exceptions (ie if we decide we want to host a party or other event). I also love to keep my home clean so I would expect the common spaces (Kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom) to be cleaned together regularly. I find that team work is more fun and helps speed things along. Since I love to cook you may reap some benefits from that living with me too!

The guest-room available is 12' x 10' and currently furnished but if you would like to stay longer than 6 months then I would be more than happy to move out the furniture completely. There is a very soft full size bed and an exact replica of the Beetlejuice sign from the movie, a dresser, closet, desk & chair with all the gear to set you up to work. It resides in Lower Maxwell park which is a great area and has easy access to quite a few buses and there is also a parking spot available even though we also have pretty ample parking here. I am not looking to bring in any other pets unless they are well trained and get along with my cat. I have Sonic fiber internet. The restroom is shared and has a shower, tub, sink, bidet, and towel warmer (what can I say, I appreciate the finer things in life). The house has central air and heating, a killer backyard with a BBQ, fire-pit, hammock, and fountain which are all great for hosting and relaxing. I have a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of records, and even some killer video games.
