Large 12’X11’ Room, Private Entrance

ROOM:
It's 12'x11' room that I used as a spare room for guests, so I have it fully furnished with a king bed. There is a desk in the window nook currently so it's a great room for if you study or WFH. I'm more than happy to clear the room out if you have your own furniture. The room comes with a built-in independent heater and the closet is huge so there's lots of storage room. As photographed, it has a private entrance and a private patio that is also furnished. You'll have you're own bathroom with standup shower.

APARTMENT:
2bd 2ba, 1056sq, 3rd floor, vaulted ceiling, fire place, spacious with large surrounding windows in living room/dining room, surrounded by trees, lots of privacy from neighbors, east facing with beautiful view of the hills, gas stove, A/C and heating, in-unit washer dryer, garage + free parking spaces. The complex has all the standard luxury apartment amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, packaging hub, dog friendly community, etc.)

RENT:
To rent the room you'd have to pass the credit and background check the apartment complex runs ($45 fee), and you'd have to abide by the lease terms. Happy to show you the lease before you sign on. Also, there is no long term commitment needed, just the standard 30day notice if you chose to move. We'd split all bills evenly (water, sewage, trash, gas, electric, wifi).

ME:
I'm very social but tend to keep a quiet house. I wouldn't mind at all if you have regular guests over. I play a lot of music so music heads are preferred. I love cooking food so I like to have dinner guests and will probs share my meals with you. I work a lot so I'm pretty much always at home except when working my second jobs/hiking/out with friends/visiting family. I also love lounging around when I can and tending to my plants. I prefer to stay active and would like a roommate who is fairly active as we ll or at least not laying around the house doing nothing all the time. I'm 420, 710, LBGTQ+, and all other diversities, groups, and things friendly. I'm very open minded and out going. I'm very kind, honest, communicative, and respectful. I like to keep a really good, warm, welcoming, high energy in my home and am conscious about what I bring into the home (and no I don't mean covid).

YOU:
If you think/worry/talk about covid often or are súper pasionate about ppl being vaccinated, then this isn't the place for you. I’m looking for someone who cares about sustainability and is conscious about their waste. Maybe even someone who is also into self-improvement, philosophy, higher consciousness, spirituality, meditation, yoga, hiking, fitness, eating healthy, etc., but those aren't deal breakers. I'm ultimately looking for another kind human who keeps a clean house and is respectful of shared spaces. I'm in no rush to find a roommate. I'd rather find a compatible match so we can build a friendship.

BUDDY:
My dog's formal name is Mr. Cuddles but I call him Buddy :) he's super friendly and never makes any noise except to bark a couple times if someone knocks. He stops barking once I open the door. He absolutely loves to be pet but will leave you alone if you chose not to engage. He's incredibly well behaved and never makes a mess besides leaving his toys out, but I tidy the house very often. He usually goes with me everywhere. You'll never be expected to look after him - he's very content sleeping all day if I'm unable to take him with me.
