Hi I’m Tyler, a young professional (late 20's) in tech looking for a female roommate between her mid 20’s to late 30’s to rent a private bedroom + bathroom in my condo. The rent is $1,300 this does include water and trash but no other utilities. A $1,500 security deposit is required and a background check is also required. This is a non smoking home. There is parking available onsite and an attached garage. There is also a fenced in backyard. The condo is located in the suburbs, in a clean and quiet area, family and pet friendly area, walking distance to the Fremont Bart and the Fremont Hub Shopping Center is near by.

I am people person, open, kind, clean, hardworking, and honest. I have a small (8 lbs) male, neutered, hypoallergenic dog who is well trained and people friendly ! I am foodie and love to cook. I love to travel and try new things. I speak two languages. I like outdoor activities and yoga/mediation. Due to COVID I am working from home until further notice. I take COVID-19 pre-cautions very serious and I am fully vaccinated.
