TANDEM PARKING (one car behind the other) -- requires good communication and cooperation. It's not bad if our schedules don't clash. Lots of street parking also.

This is a 3 person house - just potential roommate, myself, and one other person who travels for work most of the time.

The 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is quiet furnished with a fire place and easy access to public transportation. It is also close to 580 and fruitvale Bart station. The house is within five miles of Mills College with a 1 minute walk to bus line 40. The house has a large open backyard and a small front porch. There is also a small storage unit.

*The home has two female occupant with one indoor cat. The cat has free roam of the main part of the house.
*The kitchen is big enough to share, but it must be kept clean. You are welcome to use what I have or bring your own.

*Washer/Dryer inside in laundry room

The initial move-in cost is a deposit ($500.00) and $1000 for the first month's rent = $1,500 to move in.
