A bit about the Apartment:

Our building is brand new, construction was completed this January 2020 and we are lucky to be the first tenants to rent this unit. We are located only a block away from the Emeryville Public Market and Christie Park (which includes an enclosed dog park!!). If you commute to SF/Oakland there is easy access to Hwy 80/880/580, the Emery Go-Around and multiple bus lines. We are within walking distance of the Powell Street Plaza and Bay Street Shopping Mall.

The apartment is just over 1,400 sf. Main living area includes; large kitchen w/ an island (amazing appliances), separate dinning room, living room, large laundry room (side-by-side washer/dryer), front closet and patio w/ additional storage (west facing with lots of sunlight). The building is pet friendly, we currently live with (2) ESA registered fur babies (dogs) but (1) will be leaving the family (see photos for Zoey?s close-up!). We are open to another fur baby (dog) joining the family pending they get along with each other but unfortunately due to allergies we can not accept any cat family members. During the week we respect each others need for personal space, however, break out a board game on Friday and you will see our competitive sides. Very considerate of shared spaces, clean and easy to talk to if you ever have a problem or just need a friend.

Lindsay:
Is a physical therapist, who is passionate about cooking, reading and outdoor activities with her fur baby. Her fur baby, Zoey, is the apple of her eye, smart and knows more tricks than any other dog I?ve ever met!

Andrew:
Is an inventory analyst, who is passionate about cooking, making the most complicated cocktails and physical activities. He can be reserved at first, however, in no time you will find he has an amazing sense of humor and a soft side for fur babies (they love him too).
