Dog Friendly Room

I am seeking a responsible and considerate new housemate to share my apartment. Hopefully a female. It's the larger (but definitely not large but average) room with the most sun light in the apartment. The room is UNFURNISHED. It is a ground level place that is facing a fence so it is pretty dark. It's ALL tile floor with this eccentric tile ledge thru out. I like to keep it pretty clean, not a neat freak by any means. I do like things germ and clutter free. Your room can be in any state your comfortable with as long as it wouldn't affect me with weird funky odors. I don't expect you to be bound to your room when your home. I would need to have a new housemate that has a business and personal life outside the house, as I do as well.

The location is probably the best thing about this place. It's located 2 blocks from Powell and San Pablo street on the border of Emeryville, Berkeley, and Oakland. It is a 10 minute drive to West Oakland Bart or a 30 min bus ride to downtown town 19th st Bart. Smaller complex and the entrance to the apartment is located in the back of the 4plex.

About me, I'm 36 and female. I serve tables for a living and go to school, which makes me pretty busy. I feel I'm super accepting and laid back. I'm also pretty social, definitely not the party animal any more. If I do have a fun moment I mostly do it out of the house except for rare occasions which you would be notified in advance about. I like to keep a low key chill vibe in my house, moments are always acceptable. I have a sweet cat named Archie. He is amazing and a sweet heart, he is getting old so he has his little ways about him. He loves people and tolerates dogs. At this point in his old age I think he enjoys being the only cat. I also have 2 part time doggies. The older bigger (25lbs) one is sweet once you get to know him. He's very territorial so he will run up and bark like crazy on you, but not harmfully. But if your scared or timmed around barking dogs at all this would NOT be the home for you. He's totally fine once he warms up to you, and he's fine with other dogs. I'm stating this because they are sometimes at the house when I'm at work or school, regularly but not all the time. I love animals and wouldn't mind a full time dog around. I love chilling at home and cooking. I also like going to friends houses and getting out of the house. I do spend time out of the house with family and friends, and home a decent amount doing homework too. In my free time I enjoy exploring new places to walk my dogs, shopping, watching tv/movies and being social.

The room is $1050 a month and asking for a $1550 deposit. I have Comcast ( wifi, phone, cable) that cost would be a established on usage, I pay $180 a month for it but if u only want WiFi for the room and not cable it will be $55 a month. The pge would be $25-35 month. Again I would love to have a doggie here full time.
