1 unfurnished bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment available beginning February 1st. Shared kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom. There is a washing machine, parking space available, and patio with a small area to plant a garden/relax and a clothes line for drying your clothes.

Shared kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom. Shared areas are primarily furnished with my belongings but I am open to opening space up. I do not think anymore large items will fit in the livingroom but I am open to adding art, items on the altar, planters, blankets, pillows etc. In the kitchen, there is a drawer and 1 1/2 cabinets available for you to keep your own goods in. I am open and expecting to create more space to add your cups, plates, pots, cutlery in already furnished cabinets. Refrigerator is shared to max capacity.

There is a washing machine, parking space available, and patio with a small area to plant a garden/relax and a clothes line for drying your clothes. You can also store some items in the patio.

The apartment is about a 10 minute walking distance from the Davis Bart Station. There are corner stores/ grocery stores about a 5 minute walking distance. Downtown San Leandro is about a 25 minute walking distance. Two parks are about a 5 minute walking distance. Interstate 880 is 2 minutes away with vehicle.

The occupancy is month to month at a monthly rate of $1100. Utilities and internet are separate. I would prefer for someone to live here for 6 months minimum and am open to discuss living together longer from there.

I am looking for a roommate/s who is/are kind, friendly, honest, independent, who take initiative and are genuinely a great person/people. I am looking for a roommate/s who is/are either outgoing or introverted. I would like to live with someone who is/are clean and can keep shared areas clean regularly. I am looking for a roommate/s who is/are direct open communicators who can communicate their questions openly and can resolve conflict immediately. I am also looking for someone who can honor and maintain boundaries.

I am a 34 year old Chicana woman with 1 male cat. I work 5 days a week as a Specialist in an ABA organization that works with children who have autism. I do work partially from home. On my days off/ after work I like to hangout in the living room or kitchen. I like to hike and hangout with my cat. My cat is primarily an indoor cat but he is free to go in and outside to the patio when I am home. On occasion family or friends will be over. I am friendly and outgoing and can also keep to myself. I enjoy listening to music throughout my home and like for air to circulate throughout. I make beaded earrings and am pursuing school to gain my Master’s in Psychology.
