The room will be unfurnished as well as the rest of the apartment. I will be moving in on the 21st of May. The room will be available starting June 1st.

As a roommate I?m a realist. I don?t expect you to be a hermit in your room. We?re both adults and you are allowed to have overnight guests, with in reason of course. You?re allowed to have small get togethers such as game nights and dinner parties. Using the kitchen is normal just clean up after yourself. We are both held accountable for cleaning the apartment once a week, alternating weeks. Such as, sweeping & mopping. (Wiping down the stove and counters is a tasks that must be done after any type of usage. I am kind of OCD about that. Very much germ phobic and expect for you to not cross contaminate. Wipe down fridge door handles and cabinet handles. I?m really chill about a lot of things but I really can?t deal with a dirty kitchen, especially the stove. Even if it?s little oil specks from frying an egg. If I leave it nice and clean for you, I expect it the same back.) I?m a HUGE believer of treating others how I want to be treated so I would never ask anything of you that I wouldn?t so myself or hold myself up to the same standards.

I?m 25 years old. I?m lesbian so you HAVE to be accepting of the LBGT community. I?m in the military so you can?t smoke in your room. You are more than welcome to smoke on the balcony. I work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. I listen to hip hop, I like being active, not a big drinker but I?m drink socially. HUGE believer of respecting one?s privacy because I want the same in return. We don?t have to be friends but we need to respectful, cordial, considerate, and have an open line of communication. I?m a big believer in, ?you teach other how to treat you.? So open communication is a must. I?m being very transparent because I want to find the right match.
