I'll be your housemate--the one occupying the other bedroom with its own bathroom. I'm a male in my 30s, work online from 9 to 5, and keep things low-key. Enjoy going out for jazz, group meditation, or happy hour in normal times. Glad to include you or leave you in peace, whichever preferred. Of course, staying safe during COVID, which we can talk about.
