Spacious room available close to UC Campus

Hi there! Me and my partner are looking to fill a room in our 2 bed/1 bath apartment. We are both working professionals who are clean, quiet early birds. My partner is often gone for months at a time for work, so half the year you only have one roommate!
Room comes unfurnished but rest of apartment is. Utilities are not included, we pay power and wifi for an additional ~75 a month. There is laundry in the building which can be paid via app. Apartment itself is located in downtown berkeley, conveniently within walking distance of the Uc Campus, several grocery stores, the Downtown Berkeley Bart station, and several cool Berkeley restaurants. Looking for respectful, communicative, like minded people to join us in this cozy apartment!
