The bedroom is located on the second floor, has a queen-size bed and closet, and is conveniently right outside the bathroom and laundry room. The 1st floor includes the living room and a fully furnished kitchen and the 3rd floor has a second living room with an outside patio. Your room will be located very conveniently right outside the bathroom and laundry machines on the second floor. The neighborhood is new (within 4 years) and is super safe.

We are conveniently located near Newark Mall, Fremont Hub, and Pacific Commons. There is also man hiking spots like the Coyote Hills Regional Park within walking distance. There are a ton of restaurants in the area.
