I am seeking a commuter tenant for the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom newly updated townhouse in Castro Valley on Anita Ave (Castro Valley Blvd cross street). The unit is 0.8 miles from Bart and a very close walk down the street to other public transportation. Easy access to freeways. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and other services. No overnight guests (negotiable if significant other lives in the area). Must be LGBTQ friendly. Month to month rental agreement from Sunday evenings through Friday afternoons.

About the Room & Townhouse: The room has new carpet, large closet with mirrors, and large window facing west which offers a nice breeze. It measures 8'4 X 11'2 and has the option of including a small desk, bookcase, and lamp (full sized bed is negotiable). The full upstairs bathroom is shared with myself (clean & tidy female) and you will have access to the downstairs half bathroom. The unit includes the following:

About Me: I am a 30 year old working professional female. I work long days as I own a small business and also work at a high school. No pets, however I do watch friend's dogs from time to time and occasionally friends do visit with dogs on the weekends. I am a very clean and tidy individual and always keep common areas clean and neat to be able to be enjoyed by all. During the evenings, I am either working late, trying new recipes, catching up on shows, or going to bed early. I would love to have a housemate that I can converse with at the end of the day, but also respect each other's privacy and alone time.
