This private room (8'5 X 11'2) is one of two in an updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse. The townhouse is two stories and is newly renovated with new carpet in the bedroom, kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, washer and dryer, and fixtures. The room has a window facing the west which allows for a nice breeze. The upstairs full bath is shared with myself. There is also a half bath downstairs. The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, television, etc. Tenant will have access to the room and all communal areas including washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has an inviting patio with seating. The complex itself is also newly updated, has a pool, and is quiet and safe.

The unit is 0.8 miles from the Castro Valley Bart Station, walking distance to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Easy access to I-580 and I-880. There is plenty of street parking and very walkable to necessary amenities.

Preferred Tenant: I am looking for a housemate that is either commuting to the Bay Area for work or school or who is a working professional that is quiet, clean, organized, and respectful. Non-smoker, non-drug user, and must be LGBTQ friendly. No pets. No children or overnight guests for more than 3 nights at a time.

About me: I am working professional 30 yo female that is quiet, very clean, and organized. I work long days, enjoy cooking, reading, and getting caught up on shows when I am home. I do not have any pets, although I have friends who visit on the weekends who bring dogs.
