Master suite with private living room and bath

We're looking for a roommate or couple to fill a spacious, partially furnished, private room in our 2-story, 4BR/3BA house. The room is the master suite and comes with its own private, attached living room, bathroom, and walk-in closet (first 5 photos). It's about the size of a whole studio apartment and is perfect for a couple or someone who likes a little luxury space! All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent!

We have a large downstairs common area with an open floor plan. This includes a spacious living room (with a piano and TV), dining room, entryway, kitchen (with a dishwasher!), bathroom, private laundry area, small guest room, and workspace. We have a backyard patio and a small front yard.

You'd be living with us (Willa, Madeline, and Mark), and our adorable kitten Artie - we're 3rd year grad students in our mid-twenties studying Neuroscience or Psychology. We're relatively social and (before covid) like(d) to host various gatherings/parties. We enjoy outdoor adventures and are vaguely artistic/musical/culinary. We're hoping to find a roommate or couple who is friendly, respectful, and down to occasionally hang out or have an adventure of some sort.

The room is available right away, rent would start on October 1st.
