Looking to sublet my room in a beautiful, fully-furnished two-bedroom apartment in North Berkeley for Summer 2025 because I will not be living there. My roommate (male) lives in the other one, which is located in the basement. The accommodation comes with high-quality furniture. The bathroom is shared, and is located closer to the room advertized.

The apartment's ideal location presents a great tranquil setting on a large, sunny, park like property with open space, trees and gardens and a short walk to the UC Berkeley campus, downtown Berkeley, public transportation, BART, restaurants, shops and other amenities.
We're looking for a single person to sublet the room. We have no preferences on the gender, occupation or age of the individual.
