Private room for rent! In search of a roommate.

Hi, my name is Milo, and I am a UC Berkeley alum and currently work at 2 research labs! I am in search of a roommate to fill an unfurnished single in my 2-bedroom apartment. The rest of the apartment is furnished, full of supplies for kitchen and living room, and I am always open to making space and rearranging too.

Note: Room is unfurnished, though photos were taken when my old roommate lived here.

Location is in a lovely downtown Berkeley area:
* 12-minute walk to UC Berkeley campus
* 3-minute walk to Trader Joe’s
* 3-minute walk to bus (51B, 52, etc)
* Price: $1,404 / month + utilities
* Walking distance to BART, Target, Berkeley Way West, Innovative Genomics Institute, etc.

What I am looking for in a roommate: Someone with great communication skills and professionalism, someone who is very dependable and reliable! Open to long term renters, graduate students, and working professionals. The apartment complex itself is pretty social and people get along well and are super helpful of each other. I am an outgoing person, opening to sharing conversations and cooking together. Also with me is my dog Gus (see photo), and he is another member of the group.
