I am looking for the right person to share my 2-story duplex with. My home has a spacious kitchen and living room and the available room in large, (12x 14) sunny and has 2 large closets. It has many conveniences as well. It has off street parking, washer and dryer, and is close to stores and BART and buses. I am quite independent, but like to have a warm and friendly home environment.
Me: 50’s, therapist who works at my Oakland office Tuesday-Friday. I am an artist so you will see my pieces on the walls around the house.
I have a wonderful large sunny (12 x 14) room to rent with two big closets. Are you looking for a friendly, warm, COVID safe place to live? Please tell me about yourself. I am interested in the type of home you would like to live in, your work, and how you are managing COVID-19. I am looking for someone to move in on June 1st. Please read the listing and tell me about yourself. I am looking for a woman.

Me
Woman in my 50s.
Psychotherapist working as an in-person therapist with significant COVID-19 precautions four days per week in my Oakland office. Work at home on Mondays per doing paperwork related to my practice. I like a warm, friendly home with independent-minded people. I am also an artist. My artwork is hanging around the house and I do projects a few times a year in the shared space.
You
A mature (settled) woman who takes COVID-19 seriously, has secure income, good credit, references, and is interested in creating a warm and friendly home with a good balance of pleasant conversations and living our own lives. Would like someone who works outside the house.
No drugs. No smoking (nicotine), No pets.
COVID-19
I am looking for a like-minded person, so our home feels like a safe place at this strange time in our history. I provide in-person services as a therapist, but everyone is masked, 6 feet apart, with airflow, two air sanitizers, and not exposed to COVID-19 (as much as you can control that). In my personal life, I socialize outdoors primarily. I am vaccinated and boosted and would only want someone who is also vaccinated and boosted as well. Now that the indoor mask requirement has been lifted I am looking for a roommate who will still go grocery shopping with a mask.
Please tell me about yourself.
