About The Location: The apartment is located in Berkeley, CA. It?s a safe neighborhood with a quiet street (not much traffic or noise at night). Nearby you will find the renowned culture and individualistic spirit that Berkeley is known for in its dining and entertainment options. Dine nearby in the gourmet ghetto which features famous restaurants such as Chez Panisse and Cheeseboard Pizza. We also highly recommend Saul's Delicatessen and Barneys Burgers. Commuting is also a breeze with nearby BART.

About The Housemates: Friendly couple who love company - during non-quarantine times, we host a weekly potluck, and like hanging out with our housemate.
We have 2 indoor-only cats, who are extremely friendly. People often say they're more like dogs than like cats.

About You:
We prefer a housemate who's careful vis-a-vis coronavirus.
Not allergic to cats.
Likes socializing with housemates (us), though this is a nice-to-have. Our current housemate tends to withdraw into his room a lot, but he's still a good housemate, so feel free to apply even if you don't like socializing too often.
Is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 1/3 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.)
