Large 1 bedroom for rent

Hi! I'm a female in my early 20s & I have a huge 11x15ft room with a walk in closet for rent in my 2 bedroom apartment. The room has a new coat of paint & I shampooed the carpet as well! It's a victorian style house split into 4 apartments, mine is on the ground floor. I've lived here for 9 years & my younger brother stays with me as well in a part of my huge living room that is sectioned off. I'm looking for someone neat, clean, & financially stable. You must have proof of income, be ok with a credit check, & make 3x the rent portion you'll be paying. Rent will be $850 & utilities are about 100-200 each a month, plus a deposit of $500. Must be ok with getting a lease with me! You also must be ok with a background check. There is a $40 application fee & $300 fee we would split for adding you to my lease.
