2 Bedrooms Available In Townhome

Whats Included: Utilities (Water, and garbage), Use of community facilities (Pool, BBQ pits, Community room and gym when it opens), Use of common rooms and backyard storage unit. Partially furnished (Dresser, bed, mattress & bookcase)

Who We Are: There are 3 Housemates, 1 girls (Lavendar, 31) and 1 couple (Kevin and Eunice). 2 Cats (Casper, F and Khonsu, M) with free roam of the house. We are an LGBTQ+ home. No requirements to identify as anything other than Cis or Hetero just please be an Ally. We all work however Tiffany may be working from home most of the time. We are friendly however Lavendar is sober so if you drink please be mindful and do not offer. If you smoke cigarettes please do so on the back porch. We don't mind video games or loud music just be respectful when others may need to sleep or study. There will be one shared bathroom among you and Lavendar. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. Oh, that reminds me, in case you didn't notice, your bedroom would be upstairs. Sadly this is not an ADA Wheelchair accessible room. Sorry to all our Handicapable seekers. Last but not least we do have one car registered at the home but are capable of adding one more with a parking space. Oh and did I mention there's a Pool & Jacuzzi?
