Room for rent near Downtown Alameda

Hi there!

We're two 31 y. o. males, both work in SF, looking for a third roommate to replace our previous one. Apartment is 3br/2ba located near downtown Alameda/Park Street with very close proximity to public transportation. Room is 130 sq. feet plus closet; bathroom is shared with 1 other person. Apartment is 1100 square feet with a large kitchen and common area and was newly remodeled when we moved in 2 years ago. We're already furnished besides your room. What we're looking for:

-Someone compatible with our life experience/lifestyle
-No pets
-No smoking of any kind inside
-Someone respectful of the common/shared areas - do your dishes and clean up/pick up after yourself right away. Be respectful of our stuff.
-Someone who partakes in regular household chores. We like to keep the apartment nice.
-We like to have some fun on weekends; keep it (relatively) quiet during the week
-Relationships/some overnight guests are fine but they shouldn't live here too
-Someone who is financially secure and always on time with rent/bills
-We share all household expenses 3 ways - groceries, cleaning supplies, tv/internet, etc.. We make a couple shopping trips a month from a shared shopping list.
-We're both pretty liberal - probably for the best if you lean at least a little left as well
-You should have a life outside of home - no homebodies please!
