Privet Room in a Midcentury Remodeled Condo

Hello all,

I am Jake. Me and my two Mr. Kitties are looking for a new roommate. I have a beautiful one bedroom that I would love to rent to an Oaklandish queer person (non-queer people are welcome too, but you have to be able to hang). The room is 182 square feet, which includes the large closet space. The room has just been painted. It has brand new oak hardwood floors. The kitchen has all new appliances, with a kitchen island/breakfast bar, just off of the dining room and with an open concept living room that leads to a 300 square foot terrace with street access off of the gated, secured private breeze way. There is a fabulously freshly remodeled and updated shared bathroom with: penny-tile floors, large soaking tub and tall rain fall shower (it fits me and I am 6'3').

I am born and raised in the bay and northern California. I work in high-end automobile sales (I do not have a car, I bike) I have a fashion and hospitality background. Passionate about: Civil right, progressivism. queer and trans right, design, my family, my friends, the outdoors and so much more.

The two cats: My boys, are kickass; Ari is grey and white, 12 year old male and he is the mayor of Oakland, hyper friendly and is poly-familial due to all the other houses and families that feed him. Havi, is a ginger stripped, baby boy kitten, is about 9 months old. He loves people and hanging out and giving kisses as he runs off to play with his toys.

We would love to me meet you if you are: pro-queer, pro-trans or you are trans, body positive, socially progressive, thoughtful, clean, humanist person, who loves animals, and is respectful ;-) Also, a huge plus if your aren't dramatic.
My partner and I do partake social drinking and cannabises. We will also respect someone's sobriety. Please no cigarette smoking indoors nor on the terrace.
