Master bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom house

Big bedroom with 2 closets and own bathroom. House is a 3 bed 2 bath with a large kitchen, dinning room, living room and large great room that opens up to the backyard or a cover patio area. I currently live here with my brother but he is moving back to Mississippi at the end of August. Looking for somebody to split rent for the new lease. I own a landscape business and travel to Atlanta every 2 weeks for 2-3 days. I have a 10 yr old terrier mix. She is very sweet and keeps to herself. It would be nice if whoever moves in would be able to take care of her for the two to three days that I'm over in Atlanta, feeding her morning and breakfast and making sure she goes outside and taking her on the occasional walk if you like. The neighborhood seems to be nice and quiet I've made good friends with my neighbor behind me beside me and across the street they all seem nice. The house seems to be centrally located between most amenities decent restaurants, supermarkets, it's about a 5-minute Drive to get on i-85. Please contact me with any questions.
