Room wanted around North County San Diego

We’re Jonathan and Tiffany, a responsible and easy going couple in our mid-30s looking for a place to call home. Looking around the Carlsbad-ish area (or Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas, etc). We are available to move in anytime, looking for 12 month lease, and with a budget of $1100/month. We’ve both been working to support ourselves since we were teens, pay rent on time, and take pride in caring for our space.

In our free time we love hiking, swimming, or working on something creative. We enjoy projects that keep our hands busy and our minds relaxed. We don't partake, but we’re ***-friendly, and we are not into drinking. We really value a peaceful, respectful environment.

We’re open to different setups — whether that’s a private place or a room in a shared house/apartment.

We share our life with Siesta, Tiffany’s registered psychiatric service dog. Her official task is “pressure therapy” lol yes, cuddling. With this certification, under CA law, rental companies cannot charge pet rent or deposit, so no worries about that affecting your existing lease! She's a Maltipoo, which is a hypoallergenic breed known for minimal to zero shedding or irritating dander. She’s as calm and gentle as her name suggests —she loves naps and sunshine. She gets along with other animals; dogs as well as cats. (Even befriended a turtle before!)
