Hello there, I consider myself to be a good roommate and I'm looking for the same. Somebody who already has a house or an apartment that is looking to rent out a room .I am in my early 30s I have a verifiable steady source of income (A VET ASSITANT ) and I'm a very clean person and quiet when you need it to be. I can be fun to have around and I get along with everyone or I can keep my distance and keep it private. I'm very flexible. I would love to chat with someone who's looking for a special roommate that's easy to get along with that cleans his share and pays his share.

Well I am relocating there from AZ and I am looking for a private room with a private bath in a nice and peaceful environment that has a Big Vet Hospital that I can work when i get there I'm an easy going, down to earth person who is tidy, quiet, and respectful, looking for roommates that would share similar qualities and as well have some time to show me around (ideal age range: my age or above). I enjoy being active and exploring nature, reading, and . I appreciate some good quiet time but also love socializing :) My job is in person, so I will be out of the house during work hours and for occasional extended work trips. I really am just looking for a comfortable, quiet, and friendly place to call home with other professionals.

My ideal budget is $600 - $800/month. I don’t mind living with pets But I don't have any for now and am flexible on the type of accommodation (apt, house, back house, etc.) as long as it is a private room. I do cook for myself regularly, so access to a kitchen is a must.
