Hey there! I'm Diedre, and I'm looking for a room to rent in Dallas. I'm 18 years old and hoping to move in as soon as possible.

I am looking for a place where the monthly rent is no more than $260. Ideally, I would be sharing with a roommate who is either male or female and between 18 and 21 years old. I am certain that I can be trusted to observe any house rules or requests made by my roommate.
