Hi i want a separate studio apartment. I dont want any restriction or interference in my private life. I am a good and caring guy so there will be no problems from my side. My budget is between 800 dollars to 1,500 dollars including all utilities (800 to 1.000 for unfurnished and 1,200 to 1,500 for furnished flat). I dont want to give advance or deposit but i will always pay rent on time as i am currently working.
