Room Rental Needed (Temp, Up to 1 Year)

Hi there! I’m a contract IT/government employee with a hybrid work schedule, which means I’m in Sacramento three days a week. I’m looking for a cost-effective room rental (up to 1 year), ideally with a female roommate over 40, though I’m open to any respectful and quiet home environment.

Since I won’t be in Sacramento during most American holidays (like Juneteenth, July 4th, etc.), a prorated rent arrangement would be ideal, as I’m flexible on the exact terms depending on the space.
