Looking for room to rent

Hi I’m Niko 🙂 I am looking for a room to rent as soon as possible, i just got broken up with by my now ex girlfriend like literally a few days ago lol and unfortunately i live with her and im trying to move out asap. I work for Go-Go Rooter My job is title is a Level 2 Plumbing Technician, My schedule is Tuesday-Saturday and i work from 7:30am-6:00pm sometimes later if needed. My credit isn’t really that good due to an apartment i use to rent with one of my ex’s but i do have My mother who can co-sign for me if needed and her credit is exceptional. I also have all my paystubs too if needed my income every month fluctuates due to the fact that i get paid off commission but my usual average monthly income is around 3K.
