Hi! I'm a teacher on Catalina Island and looking for a room to rent in Long Beach. I am only in town a couple of days a week, so ideal for anyone who has an extra room and wants a little extra cash.
I am 43, and flexible with move-in days. For the last 6 years, I have just been getting a hotel when I go to the mainland, but figured getting a room would be much easier. I say I spend about $600 on hotels a month, so in the perfect world, I'd like to pay a little less for a room.
