Room wanted in Reno

Hey, my name's Jenn, I am a 40 year old female independent contractor. I am looking for a small or large room in a house with communal livingroom, kitchen, and outdoor space. I am willing to share a bathroom with humans of any gender. It is important for me to have space outside to garden. I am also an artist and a carpenter, having access to a garage space to tinker/build small projecs would be ideal, but is not required. I don't drink and don't smoke tobacco, but its cool if you do. I do smoke weed occasionally, I have no problem smoking outside. As an independent contractor who frequently works remotely, I'll be gone for long periods of time and then home frequently when regearing or resting in between jobs. I don't watch tv much, I keep to myself and am mostly inroverted. I do love meeting new people and community organizing. I love cooking in group settings, I'd love to occasionally cook for my room mates. I am down for occasional get togethers with good friends, but no party houses. I love animals but prefer a house with less than 2 cats and/or dogs. I prefer to have room mates with similar interests between the ages of 25-60. LGBTQA friendly is a requirement, no kids , no drama, no tyrant supporters. 🖤
