My boyfriend Rory and I are very interested in renting your apartment. We’re looking for a lease from May 19th through August 11th. We’re both Irish and currently junior year students with first class honours. Rory will be studying at Purdue University for Spring 2025 and conducting research at Illinois Tech over the summer, while I’ll be working at Next Restaurant in Fulton Market.
We’re clean, tidy tenants and can provide references if needed. Rory’s parents, who are landlords in Ireland, are happy to act as guarantors. We’re quiet, responsible, and excited to experience Chicago this summer. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and we have no student loans. We also have the deposit and rent ready for the full rental period.
