I'm looking for a nice place with a reasonable rent.

I have no pets, no kids. I don't smoke, or do drugs. I'm quiet, responsible, respectful. I'm ready to move in whenever your rental is available.

I'm working Full Time as a Letter Carrier for the U. S.P. S,, Deer Park. I usually work 6 days a week, 40+ hours. I'll be there 1 year on 4/27/25.

If needed, I have references and security deposit money. I'd prefer a long term rental.

I'm pretty handy and have a bunch of tools.
