ISO Room/Roomate(s)

Hey! My name is Cedar, I’m 25 and looking for roomates or a room or two to rent for me, my son and my dog in Melbourne or surrounding areas, I’m not too picky about location as long as it’s Brevard.

I’m pretty laid back and adaptable and get along with most people. I’m a landscaper and enjoy cooking, some gaming and most outdoor activities. I don’t smoke but I don’t mind if you do.

My son is 6 and, as far as kids go, very polite and well mannered. He understands boundaries well and has no issues giving space or quiet time when asked and cleans up after himself. He’s extremely kind and empathetic, something I’m very proud of him for, and everyone he meets is his friend.

My dog is also a sweetie. She’s about 40lbs of love and very good. She only barks when playing frisbee and is otherwise quiet. She’s trained and well mannered and gets along with anything with a heartbeat from literal possums to kids to cats, you name it.
