Seeking Short-Term Room (2-3 Months)

I’m looking for a short-term room rental in San Francisco for 2 to 3 months, ideally starting around March 30th, but I’m flexible through the second week of April.

About Me
• Late 20s tech professional working in Menlo Park once a week
• WFH the rest of the time, so a stable WiFi connection is a plus
• Early riser some days (calls, gym, runs), but generally quiet and respectful
• Social outside the apartment, but a low-key and considerate roommate at home
• Allergic to dogs and cats, so unfortunately, no pets for me
• Moving to NYC at the end of this lease, so I’m flexible on furnished vs. unfurnished

What I’m Looking For
• A room in a shared apartment in one of these neighborhoods:
• Marina, Rincon Hill, FiDi, Dogpatch, Mission Bay, Russian Hill, or Pac Heights
• Ideally month-to-month or short-term lease
• Clean, comfortable space with roommates who are respectful and easygoing
• Budget is flexible depending on the space
