Room wanted (Pensacola Beach)

Hello, I’m a 32-year-old professional working in real estate. With my background in property management, I understand the importance of maintaining a clean, well-kept, and respectful living environment.

I am looking for a comfortable and professional household, ideally with like-minded individuals who value a peaceful, non-smoking atmosphere. My budget is $270–$300 per week, and I would prefer a location near downtown Orlando with easy access to restaurants, amenities, and Uber/Lyft for convenient airport transportation.

I travel frequently between London, UK, and Orlando, FL, for both work and family commitments. Additionally, my partner—a doctor in training who is also planning to relocate to Orlando—may visit for up to 10 days every three months. I am happy to discuss paying extra for these visits.
