Hi everyone! I need to move no later than the end of April.
I would like to rent/sublet a room.

Price range: $800-950/month
Location: South Bay, East Bay, and Peninsula, specifically: Downtown SJ, West SJ, North SJ, Milpitas/Alviso, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, and Fremont/Newark
Physical location: preferably on ground level
Lease duration: 6-12 months
Other must-haves: clean environment, quiet neighborhood, no drug use or excessive alcohol use in the home, kitchen access, LGBTQ friendly, visitors okay - my daughter visits me on the weekends

About me: My name is Dani! I work full time and have worked in fulfillment for 5 years. I am from San Jose and am currently living downtown. I am moving because my roommate needs to relocate to a different city. I’m okay with pets, don’t have any animal allergies, and do not have any pets myself. I’m a very clean and quiet person. I keep to myself and clean up after myself. I’m social and happy. I like to take care of my orchids, succulents, and bake in my free time.
