Single. Male Relocating from Oakland to San Jose

Single. Relocating from Oakland to San Jose for work. Fully vaccinated plus booster etc. I will be working hybrid two days in the office and the rest from home so privacy and a quiet space are important. Ideally looking for furnished room, an in-law type of situation, private bath. Wifi is very important since I work online. The price range is 1300 monthly, negotiable depending on location, utilities, etc.

I moved to the Bay Area in 2019 from New Jersey. Lived in New York and L. A for a few years. Graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Media Arts and worked in advertising and promotions as an art director, writer/producer, and creative director for many years. 

Taught art classes for kids for a few years, and like to write short stories and epic adventures. I’m a Virgo and into all things metaphysical and spiritually oriented, read tarot cards for friends and fun. Active in the LGBTTQ community. I don't smoke cigarettes but do 420 occasionally. I like to stay fit, also active in the gay community and politically. I was elected to a school board in NJ when I was younger and still have a passion for politics and contributing to the world and my community.

I have had good experiences living with roommates in the past and like to interact and share in the interests of others. Can supply references in the Bay Area. I was an activist for a few years for gay rights causes and liked supporting and contributing to a community of shared values.

Love wonky documentaries and somewhat of a news junkie and have a Fire Stick. I don't play loud music and always respect others' spaces and boundaries. I do have a car and need street parking nearby.
