Seeking a Room – $700 Max

Hi, I’m Martin, a clean, quiet, and responsible working professional looking for a room to rent for no more than $700 per month in a safe and peaceful environment.

I work a consistent schedule, with shifts that run Monday through Wednesday in the evening until early morning (a couple of hours past midnight). I have Thursdays and Saturdays off, and I work at midnight on Fridays and Sundays. Because of my schedule, I need a place where I can get good rest during the day without being disruptive to others.

I am a respectful and responsible tenant who values a drama-free and peaceful home. I keep shared spaces clean, follow house rules, and always pay rent on time. I live a low-key lifestyle and keep to myself. I do not smoke, do drugs, or have pets. My income is stable, and I can consistently afford rent and expenses.

I am looking for a private room in a quiet household where housemates respect each other’s schedules. Access to a kitchen and laundry would be ideal, but overall, I just need a simple, comfortable space to rest between shifts.
