Looking for a roomie

Near-30 woman looking for a roommate or accommodation very close (switching 5-10 min walk) to both public transit and grocery store. I like a quiet home, friendly people, and a bit of privacy. Open to both separate and shared living/dining/laundry areas, but require at a minimum my own bathroom. Separate living space is a plus but not required. I am open to making friends with my roommate/housemates but also willing to only communicate when required. I am visually impaired so cleaning can be a bit haphazard if I can’t see the full mess, but willing to hire a maid once per week for shared spaces. Hosting guests is great with a heads up notice as I will do the same. Enjoy going out a couple times a week to happy hour, Embassy events, and the like. Open to cats and trained dogs!
