Looking for Pet-Friendly Roommate 🐾

Hi! I'm Cari, and I'm looking for either a room or a roommate to team up with to get a place in the Columbia area. I'm only looking in Richland, Sumter, or Lexington counties so I can stay close to my main job in Columbia. I can move in pretty much right away.

***My main job is a 12 hour overnight shift at an ER so I sleep during the day, even on my off days. My side job is work from home PRN so I will be a big help with Wi-Fi and electricity lol. I'm a very heavy sleeper so I wouldn't be bothered by most noises.*** 🏥

***I have a small dog and a senior cat so it would have to be somewhere that pets are allowed, and it would 100% be a deal breaker if I can't bring them. My cat is very shy and you most likely won't see him. My dog is a Pomeranian mix and is very skittish with strange people, but he's fine with other dogs.***

I'm non-smoking and rarely drink, so no partying here on my end lol. I'm also a homebody so I won't constantly leave my silly dog alone with you or have a lot of people over. On my off days from the hospital I either wait for PRN shifts for my WFH job, play video games, clean, draw, sew, sleep, or watch TV.

I can cook a bit so if you want a roommate to help in the kitchen, I've got you. I also come with some streaming subscriptions to share a password with you so you can watch TV, so I'm not 100% useless lmao.

For safety reasons, I would prefer a fellow LGBTQ+ person to room with.
