Looking for a room to rent!

Hi! My name is AJ, I'm 23 (male), and I'm currently working at Tesla. I'm looking to rent an unfurnished room with access to a bathroom (can be shared), washing and drying machines, and kitchen. I'm looking for roommates who are friendly, respects boundaries, help with keeping shared areas clean, and are willing to communicate with me should there be any issues and/or concerns. As for what it's like to live with me: I'm generally a quiet and soft-spoken person, but you might hear me play music, sing, or play guitar. At other times, I may call up and talk to some friends, get excited, and raise my voice if I feel really passionate about what is being discussed. But please feel absolutely free to tell me to quiet down if you need to. My other hobbies are gaming, watching/listening to true crime, walking (preferably by the ocean), meditating, journaling, drawing, and watching/reading anime and manga.
